Q: How long does it take to process the orders?

 
A:It may take 2-5 business days for us to process certain orders depend on certail products and the stock issues.

A:We accept credit card payments via third-party payment  gateways with Paypal. 
 
There are no surcharge for the order with Paypal.
 
For bank transfer we are only provided for hong kong customer to direct bank transfer. Please refer to the checkout page for the bank detail, or contact our CS support for information.
 
 
Q:Do your prices include GST?
 
A:No. As we are an overseas business, we do not charge any GST on our purchase.
 
 

Q: How Can I Modify or Cancel An Order?

 

Members can cancel or modify their order before we had delivered the order. To do so, please login to the membership account and get revise in the order detail .

 

Q: Can I place the order by phone?

 

A: No. We cannot help client to place the order by phone. But our CS support will guide you how to use the website to place the order. For more information, please contact our CS support by Live chat or email support. 

 

Q:Will I be notified once my order has been shipped?
 
 
A:Upon the shipment of your order, you will be notified via email of their dispatch. The e-mail will have the tracking number and the details of the courier.
 

Q:What is your Returns Policy?

 

DWI provides a 14 days Peace of Mind Policy if you find the product is not quite what you are look for, or change your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) OR replacement within 14 days from the invoice date to ask for a product refund. Q: How can I return the products that I am not satisfy with it?

 

A: Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 14 days of dispatch. Please contact the CS support, providing your account detail and your order number, then please delivery the item to our address provided in Hong Kong. We support customer to delivery by EMS. Please note that customer need to take responsible of any delivery fault. When we collect the item and we will examined at in 24 hours. If the items are in normal condition, we will refund the item value back to customer. 

 

Q:How long does it take for me to get a refund?

 

A: Amount to be refunded will be item price (i.e. amount of order minus related shipping fee)and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the item(s) being returned or replacement will be issued to you within 7-10 working days after the item(s) being returned.

Shipping/Internation shippment and delivery charges:  

 

All item shipped within Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China by sf-express and shipping code will be given after the products has been dispatch.

For order which shipped international other than china region will be used EMS with the tracking code.

Refund Policy

Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 14 days of dispatch. Under this policy, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees to the address of our choosing and items should be returned. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the product is shipped and reaches Hompy safely and without any damage (in transit) to ensure that the claim is processed appropriately.
