14 Day Change-of-Mind Policy

 

Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 14 days of dispatch. Under this policy, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees to the address of our choosing and items should be returned. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the product is shipped and reaches our return centre safely and without any damage (in transit) to ensure that the claim is processed appropriately.

 

Return Policy

 

To qualify to return item under this policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged. As we are certain you will understand, only unopened items that meet these criteria may be accepted for refund or exchange (unless defective).Customer need to pay for the delivery fee first and the return pacels must be in tracking code.Fee of delivery and the cost of items will be refunded by Paypal after the inspectation by 10 business working days after the items has been received in the refund centre

Under this policy, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance charges to the address of our choosing and items should be returned with a copy of your order receipt/ invoice. 

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, then the return case will be rejected.  

Amount to be refunded will be item price (i.e. amount of order minus related shipping and payment surcharge) and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of the item(s) being returned or replacement will be issued to you within 7-10 working days after the item(s) being returned.

For orders that are in wrongly delivered, or the items are in defective,  replacement items will be sent after the items has been returned to our returned centre. Customer need to pay for the delivery fee first and the return pacels must be in tracking code. The return fee and/or any refund of the items cost will be refund afterwards

 

Return Procedure

 

1: Inform our company within 14 days of the item received and provide some prove of photos

2: Return the items to our refund centre in original package and packed properly. Tracking code delivery are needed for all return parcels. 

3: After the inspection on the return centre, the items cost and the corresponding return fee will be refund by PayPal. It will take approx 3-10 business days. 

4: Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Lost Item

 

Below conditions are the requirement for claming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:

1) You open the claim with us (reported by livechat, email or ticket system) within 10 calendar days* after the tracking is sent to you

2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from courier or any other related parties

3) Insurance of the product has been bought. 

4) Some courier will have some compensation for the loss of orders even if it did not have any insurrance covered. The amount will be refunded back to client by Paypal after we have received the compensation from the courier

Due to the nature of this product, we are unable to accept the return/refund in terms of warranty
